Tao might be the most meaningful song on the album to me. It's about my travels across America and Europe, and reflecting on those experiences.

My life is not permanent, existence will fade
But I hope I find happiness a distance away
It's clear that the key is just beyond what I know
So I accumulate more knowledge while I wander the globe
My music been reflecting the desires I have
To achieve an understanding then retire and tra-
Vel to fill the hole in my heart and my soul
Pain embedded in my brain now it's a part of my skull
Lessons about my psyche that I may not have used
I'm never facing my fears, I always stay on the move
But it's hope, that I am searching for, a ray would suffice
But I am hard-headed, reluctant to take the advice
And I long to live a life that I'm not sure it exists
I imagine feeling happy, find the cure in my bliss
Whether backpacking, flying, or I'm driving around
I will never rest in peace if I die in this town

I'm inspired by the detail of the natural arts
